I'm finally going to start this Halloween contest, it's starting on the 9th October 2009 - 20th December 2009 (if you want more time I don't mind changeing the due date

here are the rules for the HALLOWEEN CONTEST:

make a picture themed on any of these:

1.Halloween

2.Pikachu Party

or

3.Apple Day

it can be drawn or made on the computer

must cantain one of your own characters

and you must have FUN

PRIZES

3rd place

1 Request and a character made for you (it can be anything and its yours so you can do anything with it)

2nd place

2 Requests and 2 characters made for you

1st place

4 Requests and 4 characters made for you

the runners up

can have a Request or a character made for them

so everyone has a prize in the end

and the "character made for you" is when you ask what type of character you want e.g. Keronian, vulpix, Pikachu

and then you ask for a theme or what you want the character design
to be =3
